4 strategies for surviving Mental Warfare

What is mental warfare? Those thoughts that arise when you are in solitude, you get overwhelmed with life, responsibilities, bills, family, job, being a business owner, trying to make money in your business, or just being consistent. 

Those thoughts make you second guess yourself. Those thoughts you are too ashamed to share with your partner or significant other.

• Create a place of solitude where the enemy or inner me can't bother you. For example; reading a book, praying, journaling, watching a sermon online, listening to a podcast, or playing a game 
• Overcommitting leads to frustration and irritation. NO means NO. This is a complete statement 
• Build resilience by Practicing gratitude by regularly acknowledging and appreciating the good things
• Sometimes we just need to talk it out, we need to have someone not close to us to help us unpack our emotions and situations, we need a professional to help us and listen to us.  This is finding a therapist
